I had the honor of being invited by EAFIT University to its Tourism Lecture Series to deliver a talk on “The Future of Hotel Experiences: Solutions Through Design Thinking.”

We discussed how this user-centered methodology can transform the way we design services in hospitality, creating more authentic, memorable proposals that align with the evolving expectations of today’s guests.
