I was invited to the program Conectados on CNN en Español, a space dedicated to exploring contemporary urban challenges. In this edition, the central theme was gentrification: its causes, impacts, and possible solutions. From my experience in hospitality, I shared how tourism can be a driver of positive transformation or, on the other hand, a factor of exclusion if it is not managed with vision and responsibility.
